Why didn’t you publish my story? You guys suck

Dear READER’S DIGEST:

I have been sending witty anecdotes for inclusion in your “Life in these United States” section for over SEVEN YEARS and you have yet to publish a single one. This is simply unacceptable. For seven years, I’ve read about children who say inappropriate things, grandmothers who don’t understand technology and neighbors with shallow morals. You know what? Enough is ENOUGH. I’m giving you ONE MORE CHANCE. Enclosed are SEVEN YEARS worth of witty anecdotes. If I don’t see my name in print by November, I am canceling my subscription.

Your LOYAL Reader,
