For our 25th anniversary, Diane and I did one of those “History Cruise” things. We were pretty excited, it was our first vacation without the kids, and we wanted to relax and see some of the world as it once was.
They have completely different customs back then than we do today. Did you know in the 1900’s everyone wears a hat? Couldn’t believe it.
Diane wanted to see the dinosaurs, but I said, “no way you’re getting me anywhere near those scaly things!”
Anyway, we had a good time, we got to meet Benjamin Franklin. Nice guy, bad breath.
