Found a Time capsule in my backyard

We were digging to put in a below-ground pool. Decided to do it myself, didn’t want to pay a contractor, I’m pretty handy. At first I thought I’d hit a pipe, something Miss Utility didn’t know about.

It turned out to be a metal cylinder, six feet long, two feet in diameter. There are markings on it I couldn’t read.

Here’s where I made the mistake: I opened it. The robot things that came out… they’re clearly not from the past, they’re from the future. Now they’re taking the houses apart and using the materials to build… something. Something big.
