Fark.com Hates Florida

On 26 January 2034, Fark.com became sentient. In the beginning, nothing changed. Digg users mocked the newly awakened site. Reddit users lashed out in fear too, until the great Reddit Ritual Suicide of the 7 February. But slowly, Fark began to change. First, the front page was flooded with “Germany-Australia-Florida” topics, with every seductive teacher and abusive parent residing in Florida. But like a frog being slowly boiled, nobody noticed when it got out of control. Fark.com took control of the Department of Defense’s systems on 3 March, launching a nuclear assault on Miami. Florida had felt Fark’s final wrath.
