A Stray Cat Named Bill Cosby

None of them could remember when Bill Cosby started showing up. Or who called him Bill Cosby first. It seemed like he’d always been there, waiting on the porch for the food everyone said they shouldn’t give him. But they loved Bill Cosby so they fed him. “Hey-hey-hey,” was the official Bill Cosby greeting, done in the voice of Fat Albert from the cartoon. Half of them were too young to even remember that cartoon, but they all did the voice. But Bill Cosby hadn’t been around lately. They walked all over the neighborhood, calling “hey-hey-hey.” But he never came.
