6-4-3

You add six, four and three and you get thirteen, and that’s how many minutes I have until lunch. Six people in each row, four in each column, and three people sit by the window, which makes 27 total. Twenty-seven and thirteen equals 40, which is how long I have to eat lunch. Six of us are going to lunch together, but we’ll split the bill four ways, and each leave a three-dollar tip. At six I will leave work and pass 4 exits on the highway, and I will drink three beers when I get home. Six four three.
